This is considered a key project in Quang Ninh in the coming years with estimated investment capital up to over $ 4 billion, built on an area of 2,000 hectares in Van Yen, Van Don District. The world-class casino plays as the highlight of this resort.
Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, the Minister of Finance stated that it is developing a proposal to raise funds from land properties and infrastructure on the land. Once implemented, this project can help Quang Ninh as well as the country mobilize about VND100 trillion at the end of 2012.
In addition, the Ministry is also working with the World Bank to lend USD250 million to develop infrastructure over Quang Ninh.
